ÇöÀç ´ëÀÔ ¼ö½Ã ÀüÇü¿¡¼­ ÇлýºÎ Á¾ÇÕÀüÇüÀº °íµîÇб³ ±³°ú È°µ¿ ¹× ºñ±³°ú È°µ¿À» Æò°¡ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ°í Çлý¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Á¾ÇÕÀû ÆÇ´ÜÀÌ °¡´ÉÇÏ¿© ½ÃÇàÇÏ´Â ´ëÇаú ¼±¹ß ÀοøÀÌ Áö¼ÓÀûÀ¸·Î Áõ°¡ ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù. (English Abstract)
Currently, the total number of universities and selectees is steadily increasing as high school curriculum activities and comparison and activities can be assessed and comprehensive judgment can be made on students. However, the evaluation process is a qualitative and subjective evaluation of the submitted documents by the admissions officer, and the applicant's competency evaluation is performed according to the evaluation criteria of each university. As questions are raised about objectivity and fairness in the process of such screening, institutional and procedural supplementation is needed for objectivity and fairness of the comprehensive student ministry assessment. However, despite the controversy over the unfair college entrance exam, the college entrance exam has been given a positive evaluation in that it ensures the university's autonomy in selecting students and transfers state-led evaluations centered on the CSAT scores to teachers.
However, the negative aspect that the comprehensive admission process of the Ministry of Education could affect the outcome of the entrance exam has been highlighted, raising the opinion that the method of selecting students should be changed from time to time since the results of the College Scholastic Ability Test are the fairest due to controversy.
Therefore, the purpose of this study was to secure objectivity and fairness in the comprehensive assessment of the Ministry of Education conducted in the college entrance examination and to enhance reliability.
